Startujemy z nowymi działaniami!
Tym razem oferujemy warsztaty z Bachaty – tańca z Dominikany w latino rytmach.
Jako, że w Fundacji Teatr Wschodni tworzymy przestrzeń otwartą i bez stresu – na zajęciach nie ma oceniania. Jest za to luźna atmosfera i miejsce, żeby sprawdzić, czy bachata jest właśnie dla Ciebie. ;)
Podczas zajęć nauczysz się podstawowych kroków, obrotów i figur w parach, a także poczujesz, jak współpracować z partnerem i lepiej wsłuchać się w swoje ciało. To świetny sposób, by się poruszać, zrelaksować i naładować pozytywną energią!

Będziemy spotykać się w poniedziałki w godz. 18:00 - 19:30.

Pamiętaj, żeby być 15 minut wcześniej – tańczymy na podłodze baletowej, dlatego obowiązuje obuwie zmienne albo skarpetki (najlepiej kolorowe 😀).
A na koniec miesiąca – w ostatni poniedziałek – po warsztatach zapraszamy na Dance Jamy: taneczne spotkania, gdzie możesz po prostu tańczyć i cieszyć się muzyką! 💃🕺

We are launching new activities!
This time, we are offering workshops in Bachata – a dance from the Dominican Republic with Latin rhythms.
As we at the Eastern Theater Foundation create an open and stress-free space, there is no judging during classes. Instead, there is a relaxed atmosphere and a place to see if Bachata is right for you. ;)
During the classes, you will learn the basic steps, turns, and figures in pairs, as well as how to work with your partner and listen to your body better. It's a great way to move, relax, and recharge with positive energy!
📅 The first class starts on October 6!
We will meet on Mondays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Remember to arrive 15 minutes early – we dance on a ballet floor, so you will need to bring a change of shoes or socks (preferably colorful 😀).
And at the end of the month – on the last Monday – after the workshops, we invite you to Dance Jams: dance meetings where you can just dance and enjoy the music! 💃🕺
